Feature #6: Chris Hoodlet
http://atthetopsoftrees.tumblr.com/When I saw Chris’s new work, I was surprised to see a shift to black and white from the luscious color landscapes that I knew him for. The stark contrast in his images reflects the duality of man and nature. Grappling with his own humanity, Chris’s photographs are an attempt to transcend body and consciousness to find purity within the natural word. Chris studied photography at the Art Institute of Boston and received his BFA in 2010.- Robert
